Game of Thrones star Kit Harington has backed learning disability charity Mencap's #StopSleepInCrisis petition to the Prime Minister, campaigning for fair pay for overnight carers to help keep vulnerable people safe, following government changes to 'sleep-in' payments which have landed the care sector with a £400m bill.
